Property was in excellent location in Ginza, staff were fantastic, so helpful. The room was very small but I guess to be expected in Tokyo. Can't really complain and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Ginza. Special thanks to the lovely reception staff assisting us with taxis.

At the heart of the Ginza district, room was great for Tokyo with a small children + 4 luggages. Staff is very helpful.

Location was perfect if you want to stay in Ginza. Don quiote, 24h supernarket 24 pharmacy a block away. Hotel located between shimbashi and ginza stations. Restaurants everywhere. Staff was very accomodating. Breakfast bang for the buck quality

very great location and good staff response / support. the laundry service and vending machines on site were very convenient, there is also a conbini downstairs which we loved! close to tsukiji area as well, couple of really nice places (restaurants cafes shops) walking distance.
