Hotel room was big, comfortable. Great view of the city and the Godzilla. Great location, walking distance to many beautiful parks, food, station and shopping. Staff were so friendly. Carpark was easy to find and use.

The central location with easy access to transport and buffet breakfasts. I would recommend asking for a room facing away from the trainlines above level 19 to get a view of Godzilla. Unfortunately, we didn't.

Fantastic room in the heart of Shinjuku! the size is decent with enough rooms for 2-3 luggage and a nice bathroom. We slept very well even though this is the very busy centre of Shinjuku!

The staff were fantastic. Easy check in/more personal (happy not to be using the self serve computers you find at other hotels). We really appreciated having someone at reception. I think her name was Yuri and she could not be more friendly, professional, kind and accommodating. Exceeded our expectations.
