Location is what i liked most with family mart next to it, the size of common room for 2 people is ok we can freely move around even with our luggages lying on the floor. I like it that because i am claustrophobic they were able to give us a clear window and near the elevator. The only thing I dislike is the pillow very thin, but overall experience is great. In the future we will still consider this hotel.

Hotel had a good location to shopping and stations, the rooms had decent space and full size beds, the laundry area closes at 10pm so that was slightly inconvenient for those late days

The room was okay except there were not enough spaces for luggages and the shower was in the bath, and the basin taps were old with hot and cold in separate taps. It provided lots of toiletries, including face wash, lotions, oil. The washing machines and dryer were small and took long time to complete. The water bottles were not provided daily however there was a water dispenser at reception for free. It was run out once and the receptionist did not do or explain anything to us when we told him about it and he just looked away. We had to buy water bottles ourselves almost everyday. Overall, it is a good place to stay.

Location was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean well presented room and general areas in hotel. Microwave available and good coffee provided for the room. Breakfast however was a joke. Presented on a tray that resembled school dinner. Don’t pay for breakfast in my opinion better to eat out. We had a five day stay and once was enough for breakfast even though we had the tokens.

The room is quite small but as expected in Tokyo. Can’t complain about anything except the room was really hot. We were able to open the window which helped. Staff on reception were really helpful. No specific luggage store it’s just left in reception so I would’ve preferred a secure room but they did give us tickets for it.

Location of the hotel is very close to the Shibuya scramble square and the station. We were able to leave the luggage at the reception after we checked out which was great. The room was ok, nothing special. The nights were quiet, no need to use the earplugs.
