Location is fantastic decent sized rooms for central Tokyo. Lobby area etc is great. Lots of free amenities.

Excellent location literally connected to the Shibuya train station. Right in the heart of Shibuya. Room was a great size and very well maintained.

Excellent facilities, location was extremely central to shops, restaurants and trains. Staff extremely helpful. Loved the laundry facilities for family.

Excellent location within a few steps from Shibuya train station. Decent continental breakfast spread. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Very generous with toiletries. Guests can also help themselves to a fair amount of beauty/spa products like face masks from the lobby on complimentary basis.

Loved the property , booking .com was tricky to book correct rooms , ended up costing way way more because rooms we booked for 3 people only accommodate 1 even though site stated different until I had paid . Cancelled and rebooked 3x and all weren’t as stated .
