The only good thing about this place was its location.

location was 5 star .. Breakfast was just about ok . Dinner was sad with no choice for European .The ground floor reception was cool and modern ( the best bit of the hotel . The coffee shop was a large well light space and a great place to work .The was a modern shopping centre yards away ( PRADA ETC ) and a green open space on the 4 th floor area which is quite rare in such a built up area . Very close to Shibuya main line and ten mins walk up the hill is a great park .

Fantastic location. Close to Shibuya station, shopping and restaurants. Hotel staff were very helpful. The room had a great view of the city. We would love to stay there again!

It was close to restaurants, scramble crossing and Shibuya station. Could make phonecall to Australia for free at reception. Immediate surroundings felt safe.

Couldn’t get a better location, so central to everything, and nice spacious rooms compared to similar priced hotels.
