Amazing location very short walk to train station. Staff were so kind and helpful. luggage storage is very convenient. breakfast was very simple, but it was free so can't really complain. Comfortable beds and warm linen were provided

The room was not the cleanest, curtains and vents was slightly mouldy. Staffs was helpful and easy to communicate. Room service each day and the room we stayed in was packed neatly

Comfy and clean daily service. The cafe on the ground floor has many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner from all over the world. Excellent value for money too.

Liked everything about our stay. The breakfast was light to start our day. Staffs were very friendly. We had our accommodation upgraded for free which we didn’t expect. 10/10

The property is overall really good. Location is right in the middle Ikebukuro and just a few minutes walk away from Ikebukuro station. The room was clean and had a fridge as well. Food and drinks at the Sakura Cafe downstairs was also quite nice. Staff was really kind and helpful. Quite a few restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We had a lovely stay!

Short stay overnight, favilities were clean and conveniently located. Only issue was longer than expected walk to the hotel does to bringing large lugguage. Con: no space in room for large luggage
