The location was great, very close to the station and right in the heart of the sumo neighbourhood, which gave it a unique charm. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for meals and evening walks.

There are a lot of affordable food options around including McDonald's which are just across the street. You can forward luggage at convenience store next to the hotel

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They assisted me with a number of things, including shipping a box and route planning to the airport. The hotel is clean overall, and daily room cleaning is offered. I also liked the location of the hotel, near the river and away from the chaos of central Tokyo. The hotel itself is looking a little dated and the size of my room was really quite small, with an odd bunk bed/sofa design. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and possibly a hotel that I would use again.

Room location was perfect for Sumo Wrestling attendance. Great for meals, close to bakery, family mart and directly across from train station.

Proximity to Ryogoku (JR) station was a plus for us (the noise from the trains didn't worry us), and there were lots of restaurants all around. The room was small with little wriggle room, but comfortable, and most importantly, had very comfy beds! Toiletries were available in the bathroom (toothbrush and paste, disposable razors, hair bands), and shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were provided. The staff were helpful, and check-in/out was easy.
