The hotel is conveniently located. It is a few minutes walk to Shin-Ōkubo Station which is on the JR Yamanote circular line that connects to Tokyo's major attractions and subway lines. Lots of eatery and stores right on the street and we can get all the things we need. The room and bathroom are spacious though a bit aged.

The location couldn't be better, located right on top of a Don Quixote and next to a Yamanote line station, 1 station away from Shinjuku with many food options all around. Can actually walk to Shinjuku if you want to with lots to see and eat along the way.

Everything is great. The 24/7 Don Quijote store is right downstairs from the hotel, which is very convenient as I can buy anything I need. There are also 24/7 restaurants nearby, and the hotel is very close to the station. Additionally, the room I stayed in was very spacious. Although some of the facilities are a bit old, everything else was fine. However, one thing to note is that the front desk staff do not recognize guests or their room numbers, and since you have to return the key every time you leave the hotel, this could pose a security risk.

very nice location along the yamanote line just above shinjuku. extremely big room and bathroom. the interior is a bit old-fashioned but fullfills its purpose.

In this budget this is probably the best hotel we can ever find. I give it a 10/10 because: -the location is ideal, 2 minutes away from a major train station, a huge choice of shops and restaurants in the area, you even have a DonQuijote directly attached to the hotel. -the hotel is amazing, clean rooms, and our room was so big (compared to the hotels in a similar budget in Tokyo) and the bathroom was big also. We were so happy with the room that if we go again to Tokyo, we’ll book this hotel again. There are 2 washing machines at the guests disposal which is great for travelers. -Staff at the reception are very nice and friendly.
