“Good location, great value, a very cheerful hotel.”

Fully automatic check-in, the interface was multilingual, logical and easy to use. No need for the usual help. Bed was a good size, and two decent sized bath towels provided. The decor was simple, cheerful, a handy fridge, and compact work surface with plenty of power sockets, though the light switches took a bit of getting used to. Location as fine, at Roppongi Crossing. No noise, so a good night's sleep. Couple of convenience stores nearby for late night food or snacks, and lots of restaurants nearby. Large writing on the toiletries made the shower easy!

It’s more spacious than the average hotels in Tokyo. The room is clean and we have quite a nice view from our window. Love the toilet and shower place. The massage chair is a bonus which is good after a long day walk.
