Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms with a massage chair in them, and a superb location (literally at JR Akihabara station) with plenty of dining options and shopping close by.

The location was absolutely perfect, right next to the train station, restaurants, sweet stores and a Lawson! Our room the rest of the hotel was very clean and tidy and laundry room easy to use.

The location is very close to the JR station, also we can walk to shop around hotel. The train station view is great. Many delicious restaurants, desserts. Hotel service is great, we can choose eco cleaning, they give 2 bottle waters and chane towels everyday. Room is clean and there is a massage chair inside, so comfy.

I really liked this hotel located above Akihabara station for easy access to 5 train lines, making it easy to travel to and from Haneda Airport and the limousine bus service pickup to the airport is only 3 minutes away. The location is great for shopping in 'Electric Town' with plenty of eating options minutes from the door. The room was a good size for Japanese standards, quiet, no noise from the busy streets below, charging cable for phone/batteries, desk, fridge, comfy bed and pillow, very clean and the best view from the full size bathroom windows, such a great design for a hotel room. Laundry room with 4 washers and dryers (300 Yen per wash and 100 Yen for dryer), access to ironing board by request and easy check in and out procedures. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I've stayed in Ueno twice and Toyocho on previous visits and would be happy to stay at remm Akihabara on my next visit to Tokyo. I loved it!

Location 30 yards from train station, but still very quiet for sleeping. Clean comfortable with big windows and a view. Slick well organised checking and out.
