The hotel was in walking distance to many convenience stores, the Nishi-Kasai station and local eateries. The staff were helpful upon check in and check out.

breakfast is very good, but for a customer from Asia. 4 kinds of soups, seaweed, some fish, disgusting scrambled eggs from powder, rice, lots of additives. But a customer from Europe has nothing to eat. Only some toast, margarine and jams in plastic packages. Bad coffee from the coffee machine. The location is good though. Close to the metro station. 5 minutes to the station, 15 minutes by metro to Nihombashi. Far, but around Nishi Kasai station there are a lot of places to shop and eat. Inexpensive. Just remember that not every metro stops at this station. Some of them are so-called "rapid" and they don't stop at Nishi Kasai station.

Rooms were great and suitable for purpose. nicely laid out and friendly staff. had an issue with our key opening the door but not turning on the lights and this was resolved straight away.

Very professional, always helped even if its m8d night. All facilities were available, laundry, wedung machine, grooming kits at reception, shampoo, conditioner and shower gels, hand wash. Towels. Room service every single day.

Comfortable beds and good water pressure. The room was small - as is normal in Japan, but it was clean and cleaned everyday with new towels provided. Staff went out of their way to help us.

An old classic hotel with very spacious rooms for Tokyo. The hotel has good facilities, the breakfast was also good. The staff was always organized and helpful.

The hotel staff were very polite and friendly. One staff member could speak to you in English which is a plus for a Japanese hotel. I also like that it was a five-minute walk to the train station.
