Location was absolutely amazing, relatively close to Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DinseySea, the room was clean and staff are very friendly, and it is very close to a train station, for easy access to the city.

A very pleasant hotel close to a metro station. There are shops and a good selection of eateries nearby. The room was of good size and exceptionally clean with a daily cleaning service. The beds were very comfortable with a good quality bed linens. We really enjoyed the excellent Japanese breakfast, however there was a choice of western breakfast as well (eggs, bacon, etc).

This hotel is highly recommended. 5-10 mins away from the Nishi Kasai train station and surrounded by the good establishments. The staff are friendly and everyday with no prompts nor requests, staff cleab our rooma every single day and fresh towels and are likewise provided. The hotel is very clean, the room is very spacious and the toilet too! Book this hotel and you never regret, unless of course.you are one of the "karens".

Staff were nice enough and understood English. Though the room was spacious and facilities subpar. The cleanliness was questionable especially in the elevator, corridors, and the bathroom. Breakfast was okay for the price.

Really comfortable and clean facilities. Staff were really friendly. Washing machine and vending machine facilities were easy to find and use. We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks visiting Japan and found it found it incredibly satisfactory as a place to unwind after exploring Tokyo. Also easy to find as it is close to the nearest station we used to travel into the city.

A great size for a hotel room in Tokyo, very clean and with good basic amenities. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. Daily room cleaning too. The neighbourhood is also nice, with good restaurants, a nearby supermarket and convienience store, and a short walk to the metro station.
