Rooms will not be cleaned if guests wish to stay in their rooms. The hotel's main entrance is closed from 24:00. Guests must use the intercom to enter the property.

The staff was quite helpful & patient. In the last 20 years, I always stay in Otsuka close to the station. Many places closed during the covid years. Your hotel is a welcome addition.

Very well located right next to Otsuka Train Station that has the Yamanote line.

Was very well located to an event I was attending. Only one stop away from Ikebukuro. The staff were really accommodating and helpful when I needed to check in a little bit early because I was going to be away later.
