Greatly located boutique hotel. Breakfast was included, which was a pleasant surprise. Compact but surprisingly spacious room and bathroom with a nice comfy queen bed.

Location is good. Close to 2 subways that connected or went to every location I planned on visiting. Microwave at reception floor on 2nd floor available. Tea/coffee machine also on this floor free of charge. If visiting for a short couple days this is grand and your out most of the time this is grand.

Location was excellent, near shops of Ginza. 7/11 close by too.

We selected this particular hotel because we were coming directly from Osaka early in the morning to assist a kabuki play at Kabukiza theater. The Hotel is excatly next to the theater, like 2 minutes walking. Super nice staff.

Perfect location, right near the center. Lobby is on 2nd floor so slightly inconvenient to go there and them to the room but barely noticeable. Comfy bed but no view and quite tight room. In general a good stay - the staff is VERY helpful

It is clean and well kept . Location is near to a Metro and easily accessible. Near to Tsujiki Market and Ginza shopping. Staffs are helpful and friendly
