The rooms were spacious, homely, clean and comfortable. Tamachi is not too far from Ginza, but a bit further away from hotspots like Shibuya and Roppongi. Thankfully the subway is a short 5 minute walk away. Probably the biggest takeaway from our stay at the Pullman was the standard of service and care taken over every request we had. I’ve never had such brilliant service from a hotel before both pre, post and during my stay.

Good location in the sense of travel to/from Tokyo on the Shinkansen (easy to get to Shingaku on the metro which is next door) but not in terms of the area to stay in. Quite a way out from the central areas that you may wish to visit. Room was clean and efficient. Good blackout blinds and no noise from the rail line next door.
