Some salads, beans, jelly and buns/croissants, and beverages were provided complementary and 24Hrs. That was all quite tasty and just enough to get you going in a place where you have amazing food all around you anyways.

It's a great hotel with plenty of amentities and many free perks are available, not cheap, but it's a busy area in Tokyo, it cannot be cheap. I would put 11 if I could.

We loved the amenities and the open bar/food. It was so incredibly generous. The massage chairs, dart board and karaoke was a nice addition. Staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful.

Place is incredible, good vibe - amazing amenities both in the room and in the leisure area downstairs. Free alcohol, soft drinks and coffees! Even without this for the price, not sure you'll gind anything better in Tokyo as I haven't even close to so far. Great staff, very friendly and helpful.

Staff was extremely helpful at all times. The free drinks and the close proximity to the train station were definitely the best thing about the stay.

Staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything. There was a good atmosphere in the hotel. It is very close to lots of restaurants, convenience stores, entertainment and public transport links. They provided me and my new husband with sparkling wine and glasses to celebrate our honeymoon which I thought was lovely.

Amazing offering in the reception and bar, lots of complimentary beauty products and open bar where you can help yourself. Staff were always warm and friendly. The decor is very nice and it's a relaxing environment. The room was clean and comfortable though small. There's a great selection of premium bath products. Our room was cleaned every day.
