Loved the views of the city from my room and from the lobby. I also loved the art around the hotel. Perfect location. Close to many attractions. And the restaurant was top notch.

The views were incredible. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had , so many options. Great rooms and amazing staff . The artwork on display, fantastic.

Pay for coffee in reception at 6am but free at 7..seems petty Great coffee bags in room. Feels like a Business hotel so lacks atmosphere surrounded by hi rise. Rooms a little tight , but that’s Tokyo

This hotel allows you to see and feel Tokyo without leaving the building due to the view. The art inside the hotel adds another whole dimension.

The location is amazing. So close to Shiodome and the larger Shimbashi station. Hotel staff were very accommodating and the free coffee machine in the lobby was also good. Our room was a good size for Tokyo and there was room to put out both our suitcases but we were disappointed it had not been finished in terms of its art design. There was sketches in the walls still to be completed. Our main complaint was the bed was too hard for us.

Easy access from Haneda Airport and train station with a métro station very close, laundrymat within prémices, excellent breakfast buffet.

The view is fantastic and the way the hotel has been themed as an art hotel is a really fun touch. We arrived early and the staff were very accommodating and even upgraded us to allow us to check in early. The room was nice and comfortable.
