This was a fabulous place, all the communication was clear (emails on day before arrival) and it was easy to get into the apartment. The bathroom and shower are fabulous! The apartment has everything one would need, including a microwave and kettle. It was in a quiet neighborhood but right near all the great attractions of the area.

No check in, straight to our room with a code. Room was a lot bigger than anticipated and a great size for our family of 5.

This is a really spacious room, greatfor families with very comfortable beds. Cant fault it really. We couldnt open the windows and thats a bit weird but in the middle of winter wasn't a big problem. Easy walk to Ueno station which makes it super convenienet to travel. No reception or staff which may not suit everyone but for a short stay didn't bother us.

This room is considered big with 4 double beds. And it has 2 toilet which is a very big plus with big group in a single room. Very satisfied with the stay.
