I have stayed in several Japanese style hotels now and love them. They have traditional Japanese floors that require shoes to be taken off and that makes the whole place very homelike. Everything is very quiet and enjoyable. There were lots of families staying there too. The scale of the hotel is very comfortable meaning that the entrance and public areas Are not voluminous and grand but, or human and approachable.

Loved the traditional ryokan feel and location. The room was a good size and we had all the amenities we needed. The hotel had massage chairs on the bottom floor which we loved. The staff were very helpful.

Great location in a busy area but the hotel itself is very peaceful. Room was compact but well arranged with nice amenities. Excellent bathroom facilities. Great large onsen with an excellent selection of baths, plus complimentary drinks and snacks afterwards. Onsen protocol was very clear for those who are not familiar. PIN access for female onsen. Helpful staff who explained everything very well.

The hotel's breakfast had a huge variety of delicious foods, and the free serving of ramen offering in the evenings was filling and flavorful. The onsen was really a unique feature that we both enjoyed. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff was very helpful. The location can't be beat if you want to be within walking distance of food, Senso-ji temple, and a subway station.

Everything! Hotel is clean and tidy. Staff is friendly. Japanese feel Onsen hotel. Yummy breakfast spread. Free ramen supper. Not forgetting the onsen bath. Will definitely be back!
