The friendly and helpful staff, the proximity to a major train station, and fantastic restaurant were all great. A good base to explore Tokyo and feel comfortable afterwards.

- The man at the breakfast offered everyone a great experience (speaking multiple languages, addressing everyone's needs); - Very nice and cosy boutique style hotel; - The location was very good, very close to Akihabara area, but also quiet; - Room was spacious enough for a hotel in Tokyo; - The breakfast had really good sides: fresh focaccia, very tasty fresh fruit.

Staff were excellent and many facilities avaliable even if we did not use them. The default furnishings for the room are good and large variety of additional options are avaliable at request. The hotel and associated resteraunt at the ground floor offered a number of different events throughout our stay, the atmosphere is fun and staff are friendly and helpful. The Nogha restaurant's food offerings were delicious and well presented, at the time of writing the chef's signature dish was a perfect display of fusion cusine that I would implore you to try at least once during your stay. Location is excellent, with the ginza subway line giving easy access to ueno and the surronds being on the same block and a short walk, while Akihabara station is only slightly further away, giving access to the Yamanote Line and easy access to tokyo station for coming in from either narita or haneda airport or catching a shinkansen to other cities. Both the subway and the station are within comfortable walking distance for a everyday visit. Of course, for those who like Akihabara's offerings it is a perfect location for exploring the area.

I was staying at this hotel 3 times. The localisation is good if you need to stay into Tokyo. The reception desk is efficient and very helpful.

Location is brilliant and this place has an unreal vibe. Restaurant downstairs has great drinks and pizza. Only 5min walk to the metro.
