I booked and pay for it and check in on 18-20 July. Due to my personal reson i do not went to the hotel and check in.I contacted them through booking system and they guarantee return the clean fee 2500 JPY .They deducted the room fees and i agreed with it. The email they sent to me on 31 Aug and they said 7-12 business days return the money but until now I didn't receive and sent email was delivered.

Great location only a 5 minute walk from a well-connected train station. Lots of food options in the area. Overall, a great value for money, room was air conditioned and beds were comfortable. Mini fridge/freezer was also a bonus!

Located near kitasenju station (5mins away) which is very convenient since it is connected to a lot of train lines. The place is also located near convenience stores, affordable dining places, and a mall so you don't have to worry about food and other essentials. Property sent instructions before check in. Beds are comfortable. Towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer are provided. There's also a table and a small fridge inside the room and a microwave in the hallway. My favorite thing about this place is that they let you do your laundry for free! There is only one washing machine and dryer but we were able to use it when we needed to. A clothes steamer is also available for use. The neighborhood is quiet but there are a lot of restaurants around. There's also a nearby park where you can sit and read. I really love this place, it's very affordable compared to the other properties that I stayed in before. I hope it's available the next time that I'm in Tokyo!
