The option for a family room, many other accomodation options in Japan did not offer this. The location was perfect. The room was larger than we expected. It was very clean. We enjoyed the free drinks available in our room.

The staff is very helpful especially the lady who showed me how to get to Akihabara in a very patience manner. The cardless access system is great.

The furniture and furnishings look brand new and the room was very clean. Comfortable size for our family with 3 kids. Very near a 7-11 store and just a short walk to the very vibrant Ueno Ameyoko shopping street.

The location was perfect. Very near the train stations and 7-11 store. Walking distance to Ueno station and restaurants. Clean rooms and the size is good enough for 5 guests. I love the 2 sinks in the bathroom.

The location was fantastic and in a quiet area of Ueno. About a 10 minute walk to either Okachimachi and Ueno Stations, or 3 minutes to the Odeo Subway which made it easy to get around. Close proximity to 7/11 and Lawsons. Room was very clean, shower was hot, convenient washing machine, and the best toaster ever.

Staff were very helpful and let us store luggage before check in. Clean apartment with washer/dryer and kitchen which was appreciated for a longer stay. Great location as it is a close walk to the train station but on a quiet street.

The location was close to a couple of minor stations and 10 mins to Ueno station and its surrounds. Ueno is a great place to stay close to with Ameyayokocho being a great attraction. Plenty of other teen friendly areas like Akihabara and Asakusa close by. The apartment is on a lovely quiet street but close to the main hub. I loved that there was a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The mini kitchen was well decked out too.

the apartment got everything we need. the washing machine, a small kitchen and dinning area helped creating a comfortable place to stay for a couple nights after adventure outside of Tokyo. and the location is excellent, just next to Ueno station and so many options of food around. i definitely will come back next time when we visit Tokyo!
