I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Tokyo. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered various options to suit every taste. The room was perfectly equipped with everything I needed—cozy, comfortable, and very inviting. The location couldn’t be better, situated on a street full of shops and just a short walk to a shopping center. The metro station is only a 2-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, which added to the overall experience. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Their warm and welcoming attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo. Although it’s rated as a four-star hotel, it truly deserves five stars for its quality and service. You won’t be disappointed!

Overall great hotel, nice size rooms with good facilities, onsen was a nice treat and there was only 1 other person in there when I used it, I have a tattoo and used cover provided by front desk. Great location if you like luxury shopping, very central and lots of nice restaurants. We stayed on weekend, incredibly busy and a 20 minute wait for a table at breakfast, was a bit mayhem but good Japanese selection. I would stay again despite it being pricey

Great location, easy access to metro or even walkable distance to Tokyo station. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is located in the quiet district where I do not need to sleep with earplugs. The public bath was spacious and clean. I had a great time staying at MGH.

Room was good size, great location to explore, close to train station. Fantastic restaurants in walking distance. We stayed on weekend and public holiday, it was quiet in the area.

The location is good and hotel is very clean and onsen is great. Most staff speaks good English so that's a very comfortable stay. They opt for ESG and i can pick what i need from the lobby to avoid wastage.

The bed was confortable and personnel was very friendly. The underground Ginza Line is close to the hotel. The room had outdoor views. Good amenities.

Great location, with restaurants, shops, amenities and transport very close by and only a 15 - 20 min walk to Tokyo station if you wish to walk. Clean, quiet and stylish (though minimalist) hotel and rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent Japanese breakfast, great onsen facilities and decent/average sized rooms for a double (if comparing with European rooms). Very helpful staff

The location, it is quite but at the some time close to many attractions and sights. The underground arrives exactly under the hotel (Ginza line) and if we knew it in advance we could have avoided several steps of stairs to get out of the underground. One can actually walk from the hotel directly into the underground/train area with one escalators. Too bad there no signs for the hotel in the underground. The staff try hard to be helpful, even if language barrier is a bit of a problem.
