We found the location fine, it was clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful, the only downside was the fact that the room was quite small. Although we didn't need it much the digital TV stations did not work.

The location was great, right in the heart of Ginza. The staff is very friendly and professional. Breakfast is delicious, and there are lots of options to choose from. The beds are super comfortable.
