The staff were communicative and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Location was ideal. A few steps away from the Ueno station, that made our commute on the subway a breeze. We got to see a lot of Tokyo for much less because of the location.

Great location close to train station, Ueno park and shopping. Spacious room for family of 5 (hard to find in Tokyo!). Very clean and laundry facility on site makes travelling with kids easy. Staff friendly and helpful.

Everything is good for Mimaru, but we booking 4 rooms. That's mean room should close each another, But we got different floor. Another thing, no complain.
