The fine print
The front desk is open between 07:00-22:00.Guests arriving after 22:00 must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Towels will be changed, garbage will be collected and liquid supplies in the room will be replenished every day during your stay. Counting from your check-in date, we will change the sheets, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed on the 4th, 7th and 10th day of your stay. After that, sheets will be changed, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed every 3 days.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Room & Facility : I have stayed at multiple locations of this hotel chain and, overall, I can say that the experience has been mixed. While the facilities are generally well-maintained, I’ve found that the layout of these hotels is quite small, and the open-space design, while modern, may not be ideal for families, especially those with young children. One key concern is the direct access to stairs right in front of some rooms, which could pose a safety hazard for young kids. Additionally, during the winter months, the strong winds made the open design feel less cozy and more challenging. It’s something to keep in mind if you're planning a stay with your family. For those traveling alone or as a couple, the hotel could be a good choice, but I would recommend considering other options if you have young children or prefer a more enclosed, wind-protected environment.

Good location just a short walk from Ueno Station. Rooms were comfortable for 4 pax.

Loved the location and the layout of the room; the kitchen/living areas were separated from the sleeping area nicely without feeling too small.

They provide baby cot and we can borrow a baby bath tub, which is really helpful! I don’t think there’s any other hotel with connecting room that can host 8 adults and 2 babies in central Tokyo.

The space was substantial, loved there was kitchen facilities and kids loved the bunk beds. Location was great close to local attractions and a short walk to the train station.

Great rooms with a well thought out layout. Clean and well maintained according to the schedule handed out. So close to the iriya exit of Ueno station. Great staff who were always polite and helpful.
