The fine print
The front desk is open between 07:00-22:00.Guests arriving after check-in hours must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Towels will be changed, garbage will be collected and liquid supplies in the room will be replenished every day during your stay. Counting from your check-in date, we will change the sheets, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed on the 4th, 7th and 10th day of your stay. After that, sheets will be changed, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed every 3 days.

Apartment was very clean. Good layout with family of 6. With tatami beds for the kids. A true japanese experience. Near metro so easy to get around anywhere.

the staff made the stay! they were very friendly, helpful with assisting us in luggage forwarding and providing general advice. decent sized rooms with hanging rack at the front door and luggage storage area which frees up space in the main living and bedroom area.

The room is spacious, kids love the bunkbed, washing machine separate with dryer, the staff are friendly. The best is really close to TCAT, so if you have early morning flight, you can take airport limousine with just 5 mins walk.

Loved that it was close proximity to the bus terminal, always easier to get the bus in to avoid carrying the suitcases through the train stations.
