The fine print
The front desk is open from 07:00-22:00.
Please make sure to inform the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive after 22:00.Towels will be changed, garbage will be collected and liquid supplies in the room will be replenished every day during your stay. Counting from your check-in date, we will change the sheets, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed on the 4th, 7th and 10th day of your stay. After that, sheets will be changed, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed every 3 days.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Excellent location and very helpful, friendly staffs. Family Mart just downstairs, rail way is next door, also can see Sky Tower everyday!! Had very unforgettable new year there. Highly recommended for family and friends!!

Location right next to Asakusa station was excellent, easy connections to all of Tokyo. Family room was well set up with seperate toilet and we rented a few items for free from reception which were very handy (Apple Tv, laundry bag). Washing machine and dryer were used multiple times. Convenience store right next door was great for buying breakfast items. Staff were very helpful and friendly

Very well-located hotel (next to the key Asakusa station, which is the terminus of the major Ginza line). Staff were great. The room layout was great for a family of 4: relatively big dining table for Tokyo, comfortable bunk bed for 2 kids.

Great Location. Loved Asakusa. Close to everything in the area. Train station is very close with direct trains to many of the desired locations. Very nice hotel. Clean, comfy beds. Staff were wonderful and very friendly. Very helpful with information, luggage transfers and ordering taxis. This was our second Mimaru hotel and we were very happy with the chain of hotels so far.

The staff was excellent.Special mentioned to Somet, frontdesk staff doing above and beyond when we mistakenly put wrong location as Mimaru,Asakasa instead of Mimaru, Asakusa station for taxi airport transfer.Somet had emailed and contacted via phone the taxi inquiry for us. Worth the money and close to Sensoji Temple market and Halal Kebab with family mart just below and station for Ginza line close by that links transports to other attractions.

love the location,walking distance to nakamise shopping street and so many eateries,family mart… and right beside Asakusa station,the room space and kids love the bunk bed. most importantly I don’t need to book 2 room for 1 whole family.
