Guests arriving after 22:00 must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Towels will be changed, garbage will be collected and liquid supplies in the room will be replenished every day during your stay. Counting from your check-in date, we will change the sheets, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed on the 4th, 7th and 10th day of your stay. After that, sheets will be changed, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed every 3 days.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Friendly front counter. There is a good cafe within the hotel. Clean room and spacious. In a quiet area of Nihombashi. Has some free arts and craft activities for kids and sake tasting.

Fantastic location, enough going on, however not crazy busy like some other parts of the city. Accommodation was perfect for a young family. Hotel reception always happy to help out with anything. Will certainly book same accommodation again on future stays.

Great room. Heaps of space compared to most Tōkyō accommodation. Convenience store right next door and walk to train station in under 5mins. In room laundry facilities were a bonus as was onsite coffee shop.

It felt very cool and new and was comfortable space to share with my family. the location is also really nice - lots of conveniences nearby.

The room is huge and has two bathroom which i like. Suitable for family of 4 to 6. It has small kitchen and fridge n microwave n the hotel is near to Ginza, & Asakusa. The staff is very good n welcoming

Great location, really close to a subway stop. Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, really comfortable and plenty of space. The staff are really friendly & helpful.

The hotel made a very comfortable base for a family of 5 during a recent trip to Tokyo. There was plenty of space and the kitchenette was very handy. The location was very convenient for exploring the City and the local neighbourhood had some great restaurants

Clean and close to train stations. Family mart next to it. Coffee on second floor made it convenient. Washing machine in room was another bonus
