The fine print
Towels will be changed, garbage will be collected and liquid supplies in the room will be replenished every day during your stay. Counting from your check-in date, we will change the sheets, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed on the 4th, 7th and 10th day of your stay. After that, sheets will be changed, beds will be made and rooms will be vacuumed every 3 days.

Good location with many eateries within walking distance. Accessible by subway. View of observatory tower is great at night.

The location was great, very close to the station and there's a Minimart a few steps away while the heart of Asakusa is literally 5 minutes walk away. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. The washer/dryer in the room was very useful and the apartment was spacious. It was great that the kids had their own rooms.

We booked a two bedroom suite which had a view of Tokyo tower. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Range of items on offer that could be rented was pretty good. Location was great, walking distance to Tokyo skytree was only 15 mins and about 5 mins to busy streets of asakusa. Cleaning staff would work around our schedule and always friendly.

Great choice of hotel for a family. The two bedrooms were fantastic and having a couch/dining space was great after using hotel rooms for the rest of the trip. Surprisingly soundproof. Good location near the train station (short walk) and close to the temple and surrounding shops. Our son loved looking at the trains and the slight view of the Skytree. Asakusa was a good location for families and we felt safe the entire time.

With an apartment style, this hotel has good space with two bedrooms. It is close to the train station and several local shops nearby. The staff were very helpful helping with local information. The stay was very good.

Loved it here - Asakusa was a great location with teenagers, lots to do around the hotel but also brilliantly connected to travel around Tokyo. Loved the location right by the river - great for running in the mornings. Apartments are clean and very comfortable - washer dryer brilliant and kitchen a bonus.

Location was perfect. The staff at the hotel were amazing. If I was to come back to Tokyo, this is definitely the hotel I would be staying at.
