Fun hotel, bed super comfortable, facial products supplied, lovely bath. Great location 5 mins walk to Yamate line and near plenty of restaurants and convienance stores.

Room was very spacy with a lot on the bathroom side (it's a love hotel after all) : big bathtub and various equipments. Also comfortable bed and sofa. The location is really good being close to multiple places in Tokyo considering that Meguro is connected to the Yamanote Line. The Meguro station however is reasonably uphill compared to the hotel that is on the Meguro riverbank so it can be a hindrance. Staff is considerate to international visitors even if that's not the main aim of the place as you still can leave your luggage before the stay if needed.

The level amenities is UNPARALLELED. Private sauna. Curling iron, blow dryer, 6 steps of skin care routine, all the bath goodies, hair tonic, -- you name it. A fully en suite room, in this location, at this price? Incredible. When you're used to staying 11sqm business hotels in Tokyo, this is absolute luxury.

The room was clean, huge, bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was good and the sauna work well. Heaps of amenities and friendly staff. The check in process was very easy and the staff were prepared for me when I got there.

The staff was professional, and definitely as love hotel, they give you privacy. Room was spacious and good. Also theres a sauna in the room. like that's a bonus if you enjoy good sauna before a bubble bath :> for first time experiencing love hotel, I enjoyed the stay and how comfortable the bed and pillows were! also amount of light adjustments you could do... :)) If you don't know what love hotel is about, def check YouTube vids out and to know what you are expecting... or you will be disappointed

The amount of amenities that came with the room was great. Many toiletries, so many teas and coffees, fridge, jug, microwave, even a beer fridge to buy some alcohol if you please. Many lotions and hair products to use for free, and best of all, a sauna inside the room and a whole jacuzzi bath tub next to the shower. Very nice for a relaxing unwinding night as a couple. Big TV in the room, a cute lamp humidifier, Bluetooth speaker, and a whole light/music control system next to the bed. Interior design and outside seems a little old fashioned but it adds to the charm! Very comfortable bed and lots of space. View from the window was nice, and it was great that it could open for some fresh air. Better than we expected. Check out time is later than most, too.

The room is big, toilet is in separate room and shower (shower with jacuzzi bath) is in separate room also. There are 3 taps with sinks: (1) to wash hands after toilet, (2) for cosmetics and (3) in the mini-kitchen. There is also sauna in another separate room.

We stayed here on our last night in Tokyo, we were leaving at 6am the next morning and knew we'd be out most of the day so thought it was the perfect time to try out a stay at a love hotel. We were able to leave our luggage with them which was helpful as check in is not till 9pm. The phone thing is unusual but have to expect a difference in things when using a love hotel - we actally didn't go in and out of the hotel apart from to leave our luggage and then to check in around 11pm/check out so not sure if the phone thing gets annoying. The building itself is iconic. And the price is very good. Staff were friendly. We went for lunch at the pizza spot around the corner and it's a nice walk down the river to Daikan-Yama or along to Ebisu for dinner/drinks. I'm happy we stayed here but not sure I'd stay again.
