I liked the location, as it had very good access to Shinjuku and major tourist sites along the Toei Shinjuku Line. There was also a lovely Wagashi shop close by.

This is the best booking accommodation that we’ve ever booked. The location is perfect, super close to Shinjuku. You have absolutely everything you need. Even the toilet has its own heating. Big and comfortable bathroom! Kitchen is very clean and has plenty of things that you can cook with. We also got bathrobes in japanese style which was interesting . The people that we were in contact with from this hotel were very helpful, nice, kind and understanding. He had a situation that was our fault and that they managed to solve very quickly and easily. We are very thankful. All our recommendations are on this place.

This was our second stay at Luana. The location is great - a short walk to the train and there are lots of cozy spots in the area. The staff was very helpful after we found out that we had forgot something in our room as we checked out.

Really pleased with this hotel, amazing value for our main Tokyo stay. There is no staff there, but if you read the instructions they send you carefully you'll have no problem checking in and accessing your room, it's pretty straightforward. The room was spacious for Tokyo, it had a little kitchen and microwave which was useful for the 7/11 tasting sessions, and it had the biggest bathroom of all the hotels we've stayed at in Japan. Everything was super clean and it was a very convenient choice, with a Bus that goes directly to Shinjuku really close by, as well as metro stations within a 10-minute walking distance. Super happy with this stay and would definitely go back.

Clean, simple accomodation. The bedroom area, kitchen and bathroom are all seperate which is nice. There is a washing machine and a function in the shower area to dry your clothes. Has all amenities you might need - hairdryer, microwave, kettle, stove, fridge. Location is okay, in a nice quiet area. About a 10min walk to the metro/bus. You can get a bus to Shibuya City main area or two trains. While it is located in Shibuya it is closer to Shinjuku City main area via public transport. Checkin process was relatively easy, but could be clearer. We met some people who were having trouble.
