The location was great, the staff were so helpful and friendly. Great access to konbini, train station and local shopping malls. Easy access to laundry services; either do it yourself or send ask staff to do for you for a fee. The elevator waiting area had the most spectacular view of the Skytree.

The location was good. It's located right next to the train station where you can take the train straight from the Narita Airport.

The hotel was located in a lively area with a busy nightlife and all the shops you need. Akihabara was very close by train.

The location of the hotel on the Z line train station is really excellent, a little outside the ring one stop away. It is a 5-minute walk from another station, which is really, really convenient. The rooms are a bit crowded but not bad, the cleanliness is fine, they give you a robe and new pajamas and towels every day. There is a really nice lounge for the premium rooms and unlimited ice cream.

The quality and view from our room was amazing. Clean facilities with an indoor gym and restaurant/bar. Lots of food nearby and walking distance to many shops and the Imperial Palace. The staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay.

I can see the sky tower. The view is good. The cleaning and the attitude of the staffs are great and polite.
