location was close to a station & yet tucked away in a quieter area outside the hustle & bustle which was great, easy self check in & fairly spacious room for 3 people. Great value for money

The room was huge, and we had everything like fridge, clean towels, microwave, TV, washing machines etc.

1. Loft bed, maximising space. Got a big living hall to use for luggage packing. 2. Power point extension provided. 3. Washing machine is available at no charge. 4. Great location, many eateries within walking distance 5 to 10mins. 5. Smart TV is available.

The flat was spacious and clean, and the location was incredible! The price was so good too, and I feel like it was great value for money. Some reviews here and on google seem to have expected a much higher level of service, but we thought they were entitled and untruthful - this is still a very cheap property, we paid about £60 a night, and the service that came for this price was outstanding. If people want more luxurious experiences, they need to be willing to spend more money. There is a kitchen with utensils you can use, a washing machine, comfy beds and all linen. What more to expect?

The accommodation is in a quiet, residential area and fairly straightforward to get to. Shin Okubo Station is on the circular Yamanoto line and around an 8 minute walk from there. We found the space comfortable for what we needed it for - a place to lay our head at the end of a long day of shopping/sightseeing. The upstairs sleeping area was perfectly suitable for two teenagers, but us parents ended up taking the downstairs sofa bed. The washing machine was a handy addition, and the air conditioning straightforward to use. We liked how close we were to 2 kombinis. The place was good value for money considering prices of nearby accommodation, so a good call if you're on a budget.

The accomodation is located on the more quiet side of Shin-Okubo with a Family Markt and a 7/11 within a 1 minute walk. You have to walk around 10 minutes to Shin-Okubo station, but it was pleasant in the morning and a little bit tiring at night. As a 4 people group one of us slept on the downstairs bed and three of us on the loft on futons and we had plenty of space to sleep. The place was surprisingly spacious (in japan standard), we were able to pack two luggage at the same time while others had more place to do something else. The kitchen was properly equipped and the mini fridge even had a freezer in it. We were also able to use the washing machine though there is no drying function in it, so you have to hang your clothes in the room.

The apt is located 10 minutes walk from Shin-Okubo station, and 15-20 minutes from Shinjuku. we really liked the location, and the apartment was just what we needed, great value for money, will visit again!
