Excellent location just 5 minutes from Ikebukuro Station. Comfortable futon bedding, rooftop sunset views, reservable Japanese bath, coin laundry, and lovely yukata provided. Staff speak English well. Rooms are tiny, but that’s expected for Tokyo and well-designed.

Overall it was a very good experience. Everything was conveniently placed and easy to use. The room was clean and quite spacious for two people with surplus space to lie two medium suitcases flat. There were also enough ports for us to use hairdryers and charge our devices. The futons were amazing, soft and comfortable. Everything was provided in the shared bathrooms and they were clean and easy to use. There is a lift once you go inside the building. There is also a fridge to store food and drinks on each level.

The room was spacious and the staff was helpful, the location was near to Ikebukuro station and in a quiet place...I also loved the Coffee in the hotel

Well located in Ikebukuro and just a 9-minute walk from the metro. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Very good experience. Everything was great, the staff were very nice and even showed me where to go for a Japanese breakfast when I was an hour early for breakfast

We had a really good stay at this hotel. The room was small but cozy, with tatami mats on the floor and traditional Japanese beds that were surprisingly comfortable. The Japanese bathrobes provided were a nice touch and made the experience feel more authentic. The staff were friendly and helpful, even with our late check-in. The shared bathroom and shower were very clean and well-kept. The overall atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, great for relaxing after a day out. It’s also conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around easy.

it was very clean and the traditional Japanese interior was nice. Ryuto-san was at the front desk and provided excellent service with a smile each time. Convenient location with less than 10min walk from Ikebukuro station exit C6

Lovely, quaint little traditional Japanese hotel. Very friendly staff and impeccable location. Our room itself was lovely, but it had a bit of a nasty smell and was right next to some radiator outside making a lot of noise.

They forgot to clean our room and change towels. I had to ask for cleaning twice before it happend. But Kimi is cheap and in a good location. I've been at Kimi many times before and I will keep coming back. The staff is friendly too, the cafe is cosy.
