Clean space, very calm. Kitchen, laundry available. The duvet was very comfortable, the sheets were clean and smelled good. Not like or dislike- we had to put our luggage outside the room, no locker available for us, not very convenient if you have a lot of bags. Not a lot of private space to change. Also, there is a small curtain to around your bed, but it’s kind of small so you can only hide the upper part of your body.

The house in general is very nice. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice, train station not far. the market also not far. It was the only place where I stayed in Japan where I had the chance to talk to people, local and foreigner who were staying in the hotel. I would be happy to stay there again.

we loved it all - how cozy the place was, clean, nice, very friendly owner, the location. Everything was very comfortable. we travelled with a child, and he was super happy with Japanese style room. plus, close to Disney resort bus station. definitely will stay there again.
