“Great location and definitely worth the stay at this hotel”

I enjoyed the location of this hotel especially for visitors who likes anime or shopping, it is super near to the main anime and shopping streets. The room assigned to us was facing the wall of the next building, there was no view to see but it quite expected for most hotels in city centre. Washing machines and dryers can be found almost at each floor, so it is quite accessible for those who needs them. The room is clean and they will provide new towels each day. There is still cold aircon options even during winter which is hard to find at Hokkaido and Aomori. The staffs are friendly and welcoming.

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Bed was nice and firm which was perfect for my poor aching back. Aircon temperature was fully adjustable. Bed and bathroom were both spotless. Lawson and 2 coffee shops are just downstairs and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby including 24 hr Donki.

One of the best places I stayed during my trip. Great staff, everyone was very helpful with everything. The location is a few minutes walking distance from the station, so I used a taxi to get there from my other location (recommended for people with more luggage). The rooms were spacious and were able to fit everything comfortably. Everything was clean, wifi worked great. I especially loved the room wear provided, it was really comfortable. The bathroom was quite spacious, especially the shower, which i appreciated. They helped me call a taxi when leaving as well. Overall a great experience as a solo traveler. Definitely would stay again.

Location is superb. Although room is very tight but that’s to be expected. Service is exceptionally good, staff are friendly and helpful. Room cleaning are also good.

The location was fantastic. On a quiet street yet everything is just around the corners. The staff were very warm and friendly and made us feel very welcome. They were so helpful. The room was gorgeous and the shower was excellent We used the washerdryer that was available. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast that had array of western and Japanese fair. They held our bags for us after we checked out. This hotel is lovely and I would recommend it. For our first visit to Tokyo, we had a lovely experience staying here.
