The location was excellent, right by shinjuku station, yet the rooms were quiet. Our room had a view of the Metropolitan Govt Building. There's a luggage forwarding desk in the lobby, which was convenient and staff there were lovely.

The location of the Keio is somewhat quieter than other parts of Tokyo. We found Ginza to be too busy however the Keio offers alot with their executive level. The staff are always welcoming and happy to help. We love the Keio and will definately come back when we return to Japan.

Excellent Location.The room was very good but a little tired. Breakfast was poor. The 47th. Floor viewpoint was superb. Saff were very helpful.

Great guest lounge, generous room size for Tokyo. Fab views from both our room, and various guest lounges. Lovely breakfast choices, both Western and Japanese.

Beds were large, comfortable and clean. Great location, on the quieter side of Shinjuku. Airport limousine bus stopped here, so easy to get to and from the airports.

Curtains that crossover for black out. Comfy bed. Super quiet, didn’t hear anything. These are the basics of a good hotel but never guaranteed. Great breakfast buffet. Shinjuku area was very pleasant

Everything was fantastic … top class breakfast, good restaurants, great service, huge rooms and location … Shinjuku Station on your door step !! Staff were brilliant
