Broad selection at breakfast that would benefit from a chef taking some additional specific food orders. Otherwise, the coffee was good and most of the fruit fresh although on two separate breakfasts the lychees was soft and over ripe.

Fab hotel, with lots of extra perks in the premier grand package. Loads of free drinks and food, two different areas but really high up so with great views. The room was super comfy and swanky. The most toiletries I’ve ever seen!

The bathroom had no place to hang towels, we had no space to hang our clothes. We did not enjoy having to book breakfast and the breakfast was not special.

This is one of the the first hotels in Tokyo receiving foreign guests. We stayed at Keio Plaza on our first family trip to Japan 21 years ago. It has not only kept up but upgraded many services to a much higher level. Really like the authenticity of their Japanese restaurants which are quite difficult to book but really worth the effort.

Checking was at 3pm, and there wasn’t enough seating to wait until check in if you arrived early.

Service was incredible. Rooms were good sized for a city hotel but the small features really made it quite luxurious. Happy hour every evening was perfect to come back to after a busy day of sight seeing!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The check in was quick and efficient. Helped with transferring our luggage over and communicating with other hotel. Their breakfast was good and their afternoon tea sessions had a variety of snacks and drinks for free to enjoy (only if staying in premier grand).
