We stayed in the twin room 25 sq and there was hardly a storage space When it was raining the rain fall on a part of the window and made a very loud noise that I’m sure that others guests complained and that should have been solved Also the room was very cold all the time like the windows don’t have any isolation The cost of the breakfast was a bit higher to what was served and for that price you would expect to have a late coffee but they only had an espresso machine and a regular coffee The staff was very friendly and polite The location is great very close to Shinjuku station and Shinjuku tourist parts and there are many restaurants near by

Very convenient, modern hotel 2 minutes from Shinjuku station. We arrived late at night and it was difficult to locate the entrance to hotel or where the intercom was to speak to night staff to let us in. Room was great size on 15th floor and was clean and well arranged.

Location is perfect - two mins from the Shinjuku station and right next door to a Lawsons. Polite and helpful staff but housekeeping left a little to be desired.

So good, we can leave our luggage 2 days in advance before check-in. The bed was comfortable. New hotel with modern decoration. Good location. Staff can speak english well.
