The hotel is located in a lovely area - close enough to the Ginza area which is lovey - close to subways and attractions. Staff are excellent and could not be more helpful.

Staff were excellent. Hotel clean and the room was bigger than we expected. Breakfast was good but involved up to 15 minute wait for us. Gym was well equipped and not generally busy. Great location for imperial palace, metros and Ginza district. Short taxi rise to Tokyo railway station.

My favourite hotel in the world. Wonderful building l, best croissant for a thousand miles … but what makes this hotel is the incredible staff who go beyond the norm to deliver exceptional service. On checking out three ladies took our suitcases away at the lift without me asking … one example. But all are like this making a stay joyful.

This hotel truly has a world-class service from the moment you arrive it honestly feels like just levitate to your room whilst the staff bring up your luggage and check you in. The Imperial Hotel Tokyo is in a great location with many attractions such as the Imperial Palace near by shopping and world class restaurants within close proximity. Finally, the hotel has so many bars and restaurants from the bars and Cafes on the ground floor to the lounge area and restaurants on the 17th floor. I must point out the hotel serves a lovely Japanese breakfast.

Location is super convenient. It is a very big hotel, needs extra time to get around. Old style glamour, clean and spacious. Bed is super comfortable. The free umbrella lending service is very convenient. Great views from the upper floors.
