Beyond walking distance to the nearest train station. Hotel did have a free shuttle.

The staff were exceptional at all times. We went to DisneySea and Disneyland and the free shuttle bus made this very easy. The hotel was beautiful and very pleasant to stay in and the free bus to Tokyo station was fantastic.

The amenities were great. Great service. A vegetarian dish on the menu would be like a cherry on the cake. Had a great time very convenient to travel from both airports as the airport bus comes right into the hotel. Staff even handed out umberallas to guest when it was raining to take it with them while going out. Keep up the good work.

The bed was great! The room was spacious and all the trimmings you come to love in Japan, the rest of the world could learn a thing or two. Close to Disney with a free shuttle, running quite regularly. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were outstanding, great bell service, remember my name, really went extra mile.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency. The complimentary shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea was the biggest bonus. They do drop off and pick up to the theme parks and also the closest JR station. The room was massive and they provided us with a baby cot free of charge. Staff were friendly and helpful especially when we had to forward our luggage, it arrived next day no fuss. Would highly recommend staying here as it was family friendly.

Fabulous hotel. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. The breakfast was not included but we thought we would try it and it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in Japan, well worth the extra cost. The staff are exemplary professional and pleasant. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and I would definitely stay here again.

The location was a little far from public transportation, but just a short taxi ride. Close to the hotel were many restaurant options and a nice park, with good pathways for running along the ocean.
