Staff was very friendly and helpful, The facilities were clean and very spacious - particularly for Tokyo standard. Loved the sauna and the bathroom. Breakfast was nice to have it in-room. Would def. come back

I travel alot, so I have to stay often in hotels around the world. This is probably the best hotel I ever stayed at. Very spacious room for Tokyo standards, with an incredible bathroom/spa area with private sauna and whirlpool. Extremely friendly staff and convenient location I can really recommend it.

Fantastic location, very easy to get taxis. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Having so many amenities in the room such as the sauna, jacuzzi, well stocked bathroom, fridge, etc was very much appreciated. You can even change the lights in the room which is quite fun! Love the choices for breakfast and the fact it is served to your room. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

The staff and level of service are absolutely exceptional Room service is available 24/7, they can have your clothes cleaned pressed and returned to you in 2 hours. The sauna and spa is fantastic. The location is great, there are several absolutely superb restaurants and bars in the immediate area

Fabulous hotel in centre of Tokyo, some would say a little out, but we didn’t think so. Loved the rooms, with sauna and jacuzzi bath. The karaoke kit was a pleasant surprise, although we did not use these.
