The hotel is clean and modern. The staff are very friendly and there are plenty of amenities available to take to your room. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful.

Good Location, easy to access with different trains lines Hotel pantry is quite unique, neat and tidy with free flow cold and hot drink which is perfect match with nearby laundry area I was wonder with their price range, their amenities supply included skin care, shower salt, sponge, after shave, mouth wash and so on :)

Perfect location to explore Tokyo . The room isn’t really big but was as in description. Beds are really comfortable and staff is very friendly and helpful. I can really recommend this hotel.

Convenient and comes with laundry service! Unfortunately most of my clothes could not be tumbled dry, nevertheless an indispensable and affordable facility. Really enjoyed how seamless it was to exit/enter the building, cute art deco all around.

Stayed for a week for a trip to Tokyo, here's what was great: eco-friendly amnesties available in the lobby, social space with free drinks and vending machines for meals, laundromat, room was much bigger than what you usually get in Tokyo (we didn't have to step over our bags!!), cleaning staff come every 3 days which was fine for us and you get fresh towels every day and service was super nice Location was superb and quiet – 10-15 minute walk to the ikebukuro station, 1 minute to a 7-eleven (24 hours open) and about 5 to restaurants etc. We felt safe even walking there late at night! Will be considering this hotel when we return!

Close to Ikebukuro station, and great shared facilities, including lounge area. The room facilities are nice, and a decent stay for the price.

It was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities we needed were available. The staff were very friendly and so helpful, especially when we needed to forward our luggage to Kyoto. They were very prompt with answering our messages via booking.com when our flight was delayed. The location is fantastic, and Ikebukuro is a very place convenient to stay.
