The fine print
An accommodation tax per person per night is included in the rate.Please note that the hotel will undergo inspectional construction of exterior wall on the following dates/times: 8 November 2021 - 31 March 2022 (only on weekdays), 09:00-18:00. During this period, guests may experience some noise from 11:00 to 17:00. The exterior wall will be surrounded by scaffoldings. You cannot see outside from the window. Please close the curtains.

The location was phenomenal. 8 minute walk to Shin-Okubo on the Yamanote Line and 10 minutes from Shinjuku station. If you are only worried about location and good value for money this is your hotel. The staff were helpful and gave us pillows when we asked.

Great value for money. Excellent location and room size. We got the queen size room and it was great - good bed size. Lovely big bath. Easy walk to station. Very quiet despite location - slept well every night. If you are looking for a budget hotel near Shinjuku station this is a great choice. Would happily stay again

Staff were amazing and super attentive. Property was in a great location as well, a bit further from the train stations than we would have liked but that was a fault on our part. Super close to the konbini's and a laundromat pretty much right next door to the hotel.

It was in a good area in Shinjuku about a ten minute walk to Shinjuku station. Worthwhile and clean.

Initial room did not have a safe as requested. Moved to a new and bigger room which was easily accommodated by the staff.

- Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with directions and taxi booking etc - Location isn't perfect but it isn't a far walk to the train station

The location was great for my visit. You are close to see alot of how alive Shinjuku and Kabukicho can get at night. The staff was really helpful and always kind. Clean rooms and a nice look on the streets below makes you feel comfortable and let you enjoy the stay even more. The bathroom was big and nicely cleaned. Complementary products were perfect. For being near Main-Kabukicho it was really safe and well maintained.
