Staff were really helpful and language was not a barrier as they used Google translate to better understand my questions. There were some misunderstandings, such as when I asked if we could have a drink whilst waiting for check in (receptionist thought I was asking for complimentary drinks) or when I asked if the complimentary nightshirt, which is exceptionally comfortable, is available for purchase as happens in the majority of hotels (receptionist thought I wanted to take the complimentary sleepwear). The only thing that did puzzle us was when we asked if we could buy a drink to take to our room. The restaurant manager really lost it with me and I have no idea why. The next night I tried to buy a bottle of the Japanese red wine we’d had with our meal on the first night. And that prompted an even stronger reaction. Wish I knew why? Food was outstandingly delicious and breakfast was amazing. We would thoroughly recommend the Trusty. But note, I booked the hotel because it was close to the International Cruise Terminal. However, the terminal we needed to get to was not the one we passed on the Subway and the one we needed in Yokohama was about 40km away and cost me £76 in a taxi. But hotel arranged the taxi and the taxi driver got us there quickly. Next time we visit Japan we will try to stay here again.

A comfortable hotel very close to the port where we were going to take a cruise. The room was very comfortable, with typical Japanese comfort details. The breakfast was delicious and varied.

Some staff can speak English so that was helpful. Its Location is Exceptional and classy. The room amenities are good and comfy. You will have to pay extra fees for parking, but it's convenient.

Room had everything I needed and was very clean. Reception is beautiful and staff were very friendly. Great location, and easy access to tokyo big sky, Fuji TV building, street karts and disneyland. With a fairly close walk to a number of train stations. Also was nice and quite away from the centre of Tokyo.

Clean room, it covers basic room amenities which is perfect for me, friendly staff and very near to a nice park where I can run over the bridge and enjoy the view of Sakura flowers
