The location.. And the showers. Those showers blast 😂 But in all seriousness Ueno is a solid area to stay.

For the price, there's really nothing to complain about. It's very close to JR Ueno Station.

Beyond expectation , workers are friendly that speak great english and japanese ! Bed is really comfortable , 3 WC + 3 Shower room at least so its really more than enough . location and price are great . Everything is perfect . only thing would be if there is an extra pantry would be great .

Staff were nice and helpful and spoke great English. The actual “pods” were clean. They always change the passcodes so it feels more secure. Good if you’re backpacking. Sufficient toilets and showers for everyone on the floor. Coin laundry available. They give out free ear plugs. They have USB charging and a very small locker for personal items.
