I like how close the property on the train station.. local cafes nearby and convinient store. They were free coffee and ice cream in the lounhe I would definitely reccomend this hotel. The only thing is u can hear thw train passing the area and can be a birtdisruptive to your sleep if you sleep early. Overall this hotel ia great.

Staying in the combined beds/tatami space: rooms are large and perfect for small families, compare to small Japanese apartment, including exterior access and small balcony. The hotel sits right between many different (elevated) train lines. Totally spectacular if you love trains, bit less when you don't: the sound of the trains is present and can be loud, but will not run through the night.

very nice staff, decent size room for Tokyo. Free ice cream and coffee are available in the lobby. the location is great, close to nishi - nippori and nippori stations, so JR , metro and skyliner are close by

The Rooms were big and the location near a tube and the Yamanote line. the Yamanote line is a great line for hitting all the main spots in Tokyo

The room was significatly larger than in any hotels I have previously been in Tokyo. The room had a nice ambiance with the tatami mats and little table.
