The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help with requests. The room was a good size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a little out of the way but we ended up loving the area, especially fabric street

The check in process was nice and quick.... The ladies who greeted us at check in was very friendly and explained everything to us. Our room was for 4 ppl, and whilst the space is small (but given it is Toyko, it was something we fully expected), it was very clean and well equipped. It had everything we needed, including a washing machine. The location is close enough to public transport, but far away enough from main roads so it was situated in a nice quiet local street.

The room was very clean. Grocery was very near thus we were able to immerse into the real japanese way of life. the train station was also very near.

The apartment was well laid out, clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet, suburban neighbourhood with good access to transport and food stores - 7 Eleven was only 5 minutes away, and there were several local restaurants with good, inexpensive meals. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with any of our questions. They all spoke good English which was helpful. Freshly brewed coffee was available from the front desk from early in the morning. Even thought the hotel was busy, we weren't disturbed by noise. Having a washing machine was very handy.

Beds are super comfy, shower with hot tub is amazing. You can wash your clothes and let dry in the shower, using clothe dryer mode. We went there by train but found out a bus to Asakusa - super convenient!

Stayed in 2 bed room apartment- good size for Japan. Washing machine was a bonus. Staff were great, very helpful. Easy for transport, train station was really close. Would recommend.
