This is a great hotel, with very helpful staff, in one of the best locations in Tokyo, close enough to all the central spots but in a quiet and less touristy area. The breakfast is very good

The hotel was a Western hotel but with lovely Japanese touches such a shoji screens in front of the window and Japanese tatami mat room style wall paper. The room was very compact but the bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was super clean. It had a lovely low-key ambiance and for a 8 night stay it was perfect. I really liked the quiet location and lush garden as you walk into reception. The station was a short walk away and there's a huge amount of shopping and leisure activities at Tokyo Dome. We didn't eat the restaurant so can't comment on that but there's loads of places nearby and all over Tokyo. I especially loved the massage chairs on level 3 at the end of a long day! A great find and a very peaceful rest spot in such a busy city.

Hotel Niwa is a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location on the JR line. Enough restaurants and shops close by to have plenty of choice, but away from the Tokyo madness of the more touristy areas. The staff are great and the facilities are pristine, including a very peaceful communal area - for working / reading - a gym and a room with massage chairs. Rooms are a decent size for Tokyo and have everything you need. The hotel is also walking distance to the palace gardens - bonus!

The hotel is beautiful inside, the facilities are very nice, the internet is fast and the staff are exceptional. The rooms are lovely and traditional with the bathrooms being quite spacious compared to other hotels I’ve been to. The entire hotel is very clean and there are elevators. The location is about 7-10 mins walk to two separate train stations as well.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a fabulous location for easy access to all the sites in Tokyo. Niwa is a stunning hotel, nestled in a quiet street within 5-7 mins walk to the train station. The staff are friendly and super helpful. The rooms are a good size for Japan and easily accommodated our family of five. We chose to have two rooms, one for our three children and the other for two adults. The hotel was able to place the rooms close to each other on the same floor. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower over a beautiful deep bath, with all the products you need for your stay. The hotel and rooms were super clean, with daily housekeeping that did a superb job. They even provided a set of pyjamas every day. The hotel is close to convenience stores, if you need to pick up anything and there are a number of good eateries nearby, if needed. We had the breakfast for only one morning, which was fine but not amazing enough to warrant having it every day. The gym, terrace and massage lounges were great as well. The on site washing / laundry facility was a god send.

The hotel facilities are exceptional and location is great. Very quiet neighbourhood with plenty of dining and bars available. Definitely worth getting the breakfast as its great spread.

We had an amazing stay at Niwa Tokyo. The service was excellent, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. It’s just a 6-minute walk to the Suidobashi train station, making it very convenient. Highly recommend!

The check in and check out was a breeze. Room was adequate for our needs. The hotel was well located enough. Breakfast buffet was good and had a western and traditional japanese breakfast option.
