Clean and comfortable rooms. Great location, close to transport links, supermarket, restaurants, walking distance to some of the tourist attractions with a good breakfast selection. The staff were also friendly and accommodating of requests. The hotel offered complimentary tea in the afternoon, use of massage chairs, and the access to the paid washing machine and dryer was appreciated.

Staff were supportive and super friendly to us as family. They ensured our stay comfortable. We liked also baggage transfer service they provide us to transfer to Osaka within 24 hrs.

We enjoyed the hotel's peaceful and quiet location, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. As expected for Tokyo, the rooms were compact, but they were impeccably clean and well-maintained. While we appreciated the traditional tatami tea room and the small relaxation area with massage chairs, we did find the lack of a bar or larger communal meeting area a bit surprising. Having such amenities would have made the experience even better. That said, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and with plenty of variety. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located (not far from metro line) hotel in Tokyo.
